At Hotel Oasia we have to beautiful, modern, spacious and bright rooms equipped with great design and technology including B&O flat screens and Bent Hansen chairs. The rooms are build with an eye on aesthetics and details. Besides the two meeting rooms you’ll also find a lounge area and a smaller kitchen where it is possible to get drinks and refreshments.
The smallest of the two rooms can accommodate 12 people, is furnished with a refectory table and a large B&O flat screen. This room is well suited for smaller meetings – formal and informal – and smaller events.
The largest of the two rooms is a large conference and event room. Here chairs and tables are moveable and therefore the room can accommodate between 40, 30 or 24 meeting participants depending on the arrangement of chairs and tables. Furthermore, the room is equipped with an extra large B&O flat screen.
The rooms are located with an entrance facing the street Banegårdsgade. Therefore the rooms are also well suited for pop-up stores or show rooms. It is possible to remove the tables and chairs and instead use the rooms exhibitions and collections. There are plenty of opportunities with the two rooms – and plenty of opportunities for you to conduct your next meeting or business event at a central address and in continuation with Aarhus’ newest boutique and design hotel.
