Are you interested in holding your next meeting or professional event in a beautiful setting? At Hotel Oasia, we have put together a number of different packages that enable just this. In the spring of 2019, we opened the doors to our newly furnished meeting rooms for the first time, which can provide a framework for formal as well as informal meetings, arrangements and events.

Enjoy & Relax

Our lounge invites you to coziness and relaxation in an informal setting. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine or a beer after today’s meeting with your colleagues or business partners.

The lounge is a multifunctional space that can be used in several ways. If you are hosting an event or a meeting, we will be able to offer drinks and dining in the lounge, if desired.

Wine Hour

Every Monday and Thursday we offer all our guests a glass of wine from 17.00 – 18.00. Here you have the opportunity to finish the meeting in an informal setting or enjoy the company before you have to move on to the next item on the program.

Events & team building

If the meeting is to be combined with an event outside the house, we will be happy to help put together a program for you. It can be anything from joint cooking in Timm Vladimir’s kitchen or creating cocktails, to team work in the escape room.

If you wish to stay at the hotel and use our facilities, there is also the option of doing so. Here, we can instead tailor a program with both professional and social elements. And otherwise, we would like to hear about any ideas you may have yourself, so that together we can create the best experience.
