We are affiliated with HORESTA’s “SAFE TO VISIT” program. It gives you peace of mind and security that we live up to the authorities requirements and recommendations for guest handling, cleaning and hygiene.

At Hotel Oasia, we continue to make you feel safe when staying at our hotes. We prioritize your safety and our employees.

As of February 1st all restrictions cease.

Alcohol dispensing is allowed after kl. 22.00.

CLEANING IN THE ROOMS

If you want to it`s possibility to have in-house cleaning during the stay.

Thorough final cleaning is done after the stay.

If you need new towels it is still possible to have them replaced.

CLEANING AT THE HOTEL

Employees have been instructed in increased focus on personal hygiene and cleaning on an ongoing basis.

We have introduced new cleaning procedures in the hotel.

Introduced new certified cleaning articles from ECOLAB.

We`ve set up extra hand sanitizer in several places in the hotel.

We disinfect all after use – door handles, dankort/visa terminals and common areas several times a day.

We disinfect high touch points such as elevator (exterior and interior) several times a day

MEETING FACILITIES

Face mask is required to use when walking in common areas.

Hand sanitizer on the tables.

Boardroom meeting room: Max number of participants 8 – former 12.

Plenum meeting room: Max number of participants 25 – former 40.

WE ENCOURAGE

To keep a distance from guests and colleagues, preferably 2 meters in between.

That everyone washes their hands (often).

Avoids handshakes and hugs.
