At Hotel Oasia we operate with two different conditions for annulment or cancelation of bookings. One for accommodations and stays and one for meetings.

Terms and conditions for stays

Hotel Oasia reserve the right to pre-approve your credit card before your arrival at the hotel. Your credit card is only used as an assurance for your reservation – payment take place when you check in our check out of the hotel.

The prices and general terms listed at Hotel Oasia’s webpage are all intended for individual reservations. All prices and rates states the price for accommodation per night and per room, includes service and 25% VAT.

Have you reserved one night of accommodation or a stay through Hotel Oasia’s webpage, changes or cancelations can take place by contacting the hotel reception. It is possible to cancel a already reserved stay until 4 pm the day before arrival.

Terms and conditions for business and meetings

The terms and conditions in regard to “business bookings” depends on the size of the groups and the number of rooms booked at the hotel.

Groups and booking of between 8-15 rooms

Cancellations can be made free of charge until 30 days before arrival

If you cancel between 30-21 days before arrival, you will be charged for 50% of the booking’s price

If you cancel between 20-14 days before arrival, you will be charged for 75% of the booking’s price

If you cancel with less than 14 days to arrival, you will be charged for 85% of the booking’s price

If the booking is cancelled on the date of arrival a 100% of the booking’s price is charged

Cancellations of up to 10% of the reserved number of rooms can happen cost free until 48 hours before arrival

Groups and booking of between 16-30 rooms

Cancellations can be made free of charge until 60 days before arrival

If you cancel between 60-31 days before arrival, you will be charged for 50% of the booking’s price

If you cancel between 30-14 days before arrival, you will be charged for 75% of the booking’s price

If you cancel with less than 14 days to arrival, you will be charged for 85% of the booking’s price

If the booking is cancelled on the date of arrival a 100% of the booking’s price is charged

Cancellations of up to 10% of the reserved number of rooms can happen cost free until 48 hours before arrival

Groups and booking of between 31-65 rooms

Cancellations can be made free of charge until 90 days before arrival

If you cancel between 90-61 days before arrival, you will be charged for 50% of the booking’s price

If you cancel between 60-31 days before arrival, you will be charged for 75% of the booking’s price

If you cancel with less than 30 days to arrival, you will be charged for 85% of the booking’s price

If the booking is cancelled on the date of arrival a 100% of the booking’s price is charged
